General Terms of Use
1. Booking and Payment
To validate your stay, please make the full payment for your stay on www.cozyhouse.fr. The amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card in full at the time of booking.
We only accept payments by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express on our site www.cozyhouse.fr.2. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
You have a legal period of 7 days from the date of booking to cancel your purchase. This period does not apply to last-minute bookings, that is, for a stay taking place within 15 days or less from the date of purchase. In case of cancellation, we will charge administrative fees equivalent to 5% of the booking amount.
An impediment? Before canceling your stay, we offer you the possibility to reschedule it. We modify your stay dates, according to availability, free of charge, 15 days before your arrival.Refund Conditions:
- More than 15 days before your arrival: full refund
- Between 7 and 15 days before your arrival: 50% refund of your reservation
- Less than 7 days before your arrival: non-refundable
No refund will be made for no-shows or unused nights. Note, we cannot cancel or reschedule your stay due to inclement weather.
3. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must make a reservation via the website www.cozyhouse.fr. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used by a third party. Note: gift cards are applicable for a minimum stay of two nights and the applicable booking conditions apply to bookings with gift vouchers.
4. Occupation of Accommodation
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy given the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for reasons of safety and insurance.
5. Children and Pets
No bed is provided to accommodate children in our Cozy Houses. Unfortunately, our friends, dogs, and cats are not allowed.
6. Responsibility
We recommend not leaving valuables in the Cozy Houses. COZY HOUSE declines all responsibility in case of theft or deterioration of personal belongings in the accommodation or the surrounding private domain.
7. Code of Conduct
For the well-being of all, smoking is prohibited inside the Cozy Houses. You can smoke outside, making sure to use the ashtray provided. Alcohol consumption should be done in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to camp or light a fire on the property adjacent to the Cozy House. Your stay takes place on a private domain, so it is important to respect the calm and tranquility of the place by minimizing your noise level.
8. Arrival and Departure
On the day of your arrival, from 3 pm, you can collect the keys from the key box placed in the key box of the Cozy House and enjoy your stay as soon as possible. On the day of your departure, the Cozy House must be vacated before 12 pm. You are asked to leave the place as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for any damage or loss of equipment or returning the Cozy House in an excessively dirty state requiring intensive cleaning. Please also return the keys to the key box.
9. Disputes
In case of a dispute, either the competence of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract or the competence of the Court of Saint-Etienne is recognized. By accepting these general terms of sale, you accept the risks associated with life in the heart of nature and its uncertainties: variable weather, presence of insects, birds, and mammals near the Cozy Houses.
